Description

This dataset contains all X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy data used in the manuscript "Active Learning for Tractable and Reproducible Pulsed Laser Deposition," published in Advanced Functional Materials (accepted September 2026). It also contains an excel spreadsheet with relevant samples that correspond to specific X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy measurements.
